Step 1 – Scrub (1x per week)

  1. Wet your hair and scalp in the shower.
  2. Take a small amount of scrub and apply directly to your scalp.
  3. Massage gently with your fingertips (or scalp brush) for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2 – Spray (daily use)

  1. On dry or slightly damp hair, part your hair to expose the scalp.
  2. Spray 2–3 times directly on problem areas (don’t soak your hair).
  3. Massage lightly with your fingertips to let it absorb.
